Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. It also promotes emotional health and awareness. In a one on one class we can explore the best type of meditation for your needs, and enable you to establish a routine that works around your schedule and maximises the potential benefits. This is ideal for people who don’t think they can meditate, or those who do but are running into some blockages in their practise.

The class runs for 21 days and includes four sessions with me, and coursework including exercises and practises to help establish you as a meditator, and enable you to transform the parts of your life that aren’t working and strengthen those that just might.

ALONE TOGETHER

A mindful resilience program for teams working remotely. Alone Together is a four-week mindful resilience program. Taught in daily, or twice-weekly, capsules, using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Whereby or whichever internal communication system you prefer, these 15 minute guided meditations and knowledge drops, enable teams to reset, reframe and regroup together, discouraging burnout, isolation and home office fatigue.

MIND REPAIR

Mind Repair is a three-hour, transformative meditation workshop. Participants learn how to break bad habits, focus their minds and set intentions for how they want their life to be. People leave with greater self-awareness, stronger emotional intelligence and a toolbox of happiness hacks to help them survive modern life.
